Bloody Daddy (2023)

Bloody Daddy is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar who co-wrote the film with Aditya Basu and Siddharth–Garima, and produced by Jio Studios. It features Shahid Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal, Ankur Bhatia and Vivan Bhatena.[1] It is the adaptation of 2011 French film Sleepless Night, which itself was remade in Tamil as Thoongaa Vanam (2015), starring Kamal Haasan.

Sumair Azad, a dirty cop and his friend, Jaggi, steal Sikandar Chowdhary’s cocaine bag. As a result, Sikandar kidnaps Sumair’s son, but things take a turn Bloody Daddy when he loses the cocaine bag as he faces off Gurugram’s drug lords, a crime boss, murderous narcs and straight cops on one fateful night. Sumair Azad is an NCB officer, who along with his team in Gurugram crackdown a drug deal, leading the drug lord Sikandar to kidnap the Sumair’s son Atharva in exchange for retrieving a bag of cocaine. With no other option left, Sumair agrees to retrieve the bag from the NCB headquarters, and bring it to his club for the exchange. Upon entering the club, Sumair soon uncovers some of the moles in the NCB and earns the suspicions of his colleagues. murderous narcs and straight cops on one fateful night.
