Dhamaka (2022) [Hindi-Telugu]

Dhamaka is a 2022 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film written and directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina and produced by Abhishek Agarwal and T G Vishwa Prasad, under the People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts banners. Cinematography has been done by Karthik Ghattamaneni. The film stars Ravi Teja in a dual role alongside Sree Leela and Jayaram. The filming took place in parts of Hyderabad and Spain. The film is released on 23 December 2022[1] and received mixed reviews from critics while positive response from audiences.

JP, a business magnate and head of a company named “JP Orbit”, is known to taking over companies in a ruthless manner. He sets his sights on Nanda Gopal Chakravarty’s “People Mart” and decide to present it as a birthday present to his son Arya. However, he faces problems from Nanda Gopal’s son Anand Chakravarty and decide to overthrow him.Swami is a street-smart local unemployed guy, who works unsuccessfully and is burdened by his sister’s impending wedding. Pranavi is Swami’s sister’s friend, Dhamaka who meets Swami and they get attracted to each other, but Pranavi’s father and Chakravarthy’s friend Ramesh Reddy arranges an alliance with Anand. Pranavi feels confused whether choosing Swamy over Anand and rejects the proposal due to which Ramesh sends goons to finish Swami. However, JP finds Swami and uses him in overthrowing Anand, but Swami learns about Anand’s cause to provide jobs for 1000 unemployed people in Vizag, and manages to help Anand, where they manage to foil JP’ and Arya’s plans, thus saving the company.
