ZEE5, announced its upcoming direct to digital movie, Kanjoos Makhichoos today. Written and directed by Vipul Mehta, the comedy drama stars Kunal Kemmu, Shweta Tripathi, Piyush Mishra, Alka Amin, Rajiv Gupta and the late Raju Srivastav in pivotal roles.
Recently, India Forums had a chat with Piyush Mishra and asked him, “How was the experience of shooting with your co-actors? Tell us one thing about them that the viewers might not know.”
Sharing his views on the same, Piyush Mishra said, “Kunal is a very good guy and is very fit as well. He belongs to a good family and there is no hang up. Shweta is very truthful and behaves well with everyone. In fact, I was comfortable with all my co-stars as I could relate to them, and everyone got along really well and worked together. I didn’t face any problem working with them.”

We also asked him, “like shown in the film, Kunal’s character tries very hard to fulfil his parent’s wish in the film. Similarly, have you ever in real life gone out of Kanjoos Makhichoos your way to fulfil any of your parent’s wishes?
Replying to this he said,
“I was always a rebel and did things that my parents didn’t like. I made theatre my profession. So, such moment hasn’t come in my life. But Kunal’s character does it, he goes out of his way to fulfil his parent’s wish.”
Kanjoos Makhichoos will stream exclusively on ZEE5 from 24th March 2023.
