After losing their parents, two Veeram brothers are brought up by their sister and brother-in-law. Will they grow up to be good? What hurdles will each one face?
Veeru, an ardent fan of Kannada thespian Vishnuvardhan, got the tattoo of the late actor on his hand, is a college student who wants to settle in life. On the other hand, his brother Narasimha works for a local don who treats him like his own son. Veeru’s life turns upside down when he loses his brother which comes as a major twist in the movie. Perturbed by all the incidents, Saraswathi stays away from her siblings.Veeru also faces the wrath of a drug kingpin who will be baying for his blood. Veeram is an overstretched commercial flick Veeram with action, revenge with a bit of romantic elements fails to keep hooked as the writing itself is weak which lacks depth and becomes too predictable as the movie rolls on. There are a couple of emotional sequences which manage to grab attention. There are several chest thumping dialogues which play to the gallery. Director Khadar Kumar fails to strike a gold in his first attempt by taking up a subject which has been tried out umpteen times especially in Sandalwood.
Prajwal Devaraj in a titular role with long hair does justice to the character and his performance is the only solace. Srinagara Kitty makes his presence felt. Rachita Ram as usual does her best. Sisya Deepak makes an impression This would impress you if you are a huge fan of typical commercial films.
