A new OTT platform called ‘Ayana’ is Baghe Khay making its way in the country. And there comes the first Bangladeshi web series ‘Baghe Khay’ made about illegal kidney business. The series is made by the famous Bangladeshi film director Noman Robin. The trailer of ‘Baghe Khay’ has already been released. And immediately after the release of the trailer, a lot of discussion has started about this new series.
About the series, producer Noman Robin said, “I always try to work on topics that usually escape the eyes of other producers. Kidney business has been going on in our country for a long time through syndicates. The story of “Baghe Khay” revolves around such a syndicate. Runa Khan, Rashed Mamun Apu, Kazi Nowshaba Ahmed, Shahriar Shubo, Iqbal Hossain, Riazul Riju and others acted in this series.
Noman Robin, producer of ‘Baghe Khay’ said, ‘Aayana’ is monitoring the audience’s response. The series will be released keeping in mind the interest and demand of the audience. It was built in six phases in the first phase. If the audience likes, then the story will grow further branches, new season will come.
Actor Rashed Mamun Apu said that my acting started with a play directed by Noman Robin. We have done many things together. Sometimes he did not make content for a long time; I was not paired with him either. By working on this new series, I sharpened the old relationship. And if I talk about the experience, I got relief from the work.
Incidentally, ‘Baghe Khay’ is going to be released next November as the first original series on the screen of the new OTT platform Ayana.
