Talented actor Mostafa Monwar will be portraying eminent filmmaker and novelist Zahir Raihan in “Lights, Camera…Objection”, one of the episodes of the anthology series “Jago Bahey”. Sponsored by Nagad, the series will release on the OTT platform, Chorki.The news was announced yesterday at a launching ceremony. The three-episode anthology series will start releasing from December 9 with Siddik Ahmed directorial “Shobder Khowab”. Another episode, Saleh Sobhan Auneem’s “Lights, Camera…Objection” will be released on December 16, while “Bunker Boy” directed by Sukorno Shahed Dhiman, will be released on December 23.Jaago Bahey Season 1 Download.
Marking the Victory Day of Bangladesh, we have come up with “Jago bahey”, which will continue throughout December, highlighting the years 1952, 1970 and 1971,” said noted filmmaker and Chief Operating Officer of Chorki, Redoan Rony.Siddik Ahmed’s “Shobder Khowab”, featuring Chanchal Chowdhury, represents the Language Movement of 1952. “Since the plot is periodic, it was quite challenging to shoot the project, since the roads have been changed a lot,” said the director.Auneem said “Lights, Camera…Objection” is a dialogue-dependent project. “Bunker Boy” is set in 1971. Sukorno Shahed Dhiman informed that the script is very strong and it was challenging to create a war-oriented environment.Mostafa Monwar spoke about the story of “Lights, Camera…Objection”. “The story reflects the time of 1970 when Zahir Raihan’s film was stuck at the censor board, and he went on fighting for it,” he said. “I had to work really hard to play the character.”There will be three episodes in this anthology series which will depict three different stories based on the events of 1952, 1970 and 1971. The three episodes titled, ‘Shobder Joyar’ based on 1952 which will be directed by Siddique Ahmed, ‘Light, Camera, Objection’ based on 1970, directed by Saleh Jaago Bahey Sobhan Auneem and ‘Jhongkar Boy’, based on 1971, directed by Shukorno Shahed Dhiman.The motion poster started with a voice-over of Chanchal Chowdhury uttering a dialogue that can be translated in English as— “What is the first duty of a student? To study. Then why have you come to the procession?”
